Open this page on the tablet or phone and tap Download for Android.
When the download finishes, open the file ChessBuddies.apk.
If the device asks, allow installs from this browser. On a Fire tablet this is Settings > Security & Privacy > Apps from Unknown Sources, then choose your browser (Silk).
Tap Install, then Open.

Chess Buddies has no ads, no accounts and no internet use. It is not on the Play Store, so Android shows a one-time "unknown source" prompt.
